gotta go sleep soon.. get all rested so that i can chiongster my film histoire report.. and finish it by sunday.. then i can concentrate on other stuff!! like spending more time sprawled across my (sister's) queen sized bed heeeeeeeeee.. stupid film history report.. i stayed up till 6am, slept for an hour, and woke up for driving.. and somehow it was one of my best driving lessons everrr serious! my instructor was asking me if i had gone out on the road (illegally) before... or had any go-kart racing experience.. HAH! week 4, 5 and 6...
sounds like just the average school weeks don't it?
for most, it'll mean school's just beginning to pick up pace with a few starter assignments and what not... no biggie.. not unless

1) You're in year 2 FSV (celebrate after u graduate.. dun get all hyped up just yet)
2) You suay suay picked Week 5 of all weeks to do Film History presentation (a week earlier would be awesome)
3) working till the wee hours of the morning the past saturday and sunday night to do Cam & Lights project because u're kiasu and wanted complete darkness to play with the lights... (meaning u haven't had much sleep)
4) Sunday afternoon could have been spent sleeping but nnnnO! u just happened to have an I&E video project to edit and hand in by Monday (which is today btw) and so u sat at ur laptop from 3.30pm all the way to 10.30pm before u were finally happy with it (or more like -i've no idea how to spell this- you do a JJ and say "Ga Lan!")
5) you woke up early today (monday!) to finish up 2 more shots of cam and lights before returning the equipment to school (and both shots took an hour and a half each to set up and complete.. @.@ )

*pause...* feel the pain yet? no?

5.5) (haha) u wanted to do some audio editing after that so you won't have such a pack schedule because you have no less than 2! audio assignments dues this friday (and you die die dun wanna give up on any assignment) BUT! No time to do because u hadn't eaten anything all day (and dinner last night was Oreos with milk and a curry puff (thanks stefan's mum =D)) and then u had to rush off to meet the I&E lecturer to show him the video u spent 7 hours expanding your buttocks for and he didn't show the slightest sign of being impressed so you go O.O ... (maybe he can do better?) and he wants you to add MORE pictures in and MORE titles in and join BOTH videos and compress to 4.7GB to fit into ONE dvd when currently both files combine are 10GBs worth of space on your precious harddisk... AND HE WANTS IT TOMORROW?! AND YOU HAVE DRIVING AT NIGHT?!

(not blaming driving.. i love driving =D *wink*.. but you know schedule clash...)

and so you are planning to spend the WHOLE night up to do the fine tune the edit, and watch a 3 hour documentary for your Film History presentation and it's on wednesday morning...

6) You haven't started on your Film History presentation =.=
(MY GOD!)... You have it all planned out and it's something like this

Monday night, get home after your first night driving lesson and relax awhile... get all the stress out and spam your blog before showering and having some oreos for dinner (i can almost see stefan's disgusted face... apparently not many ppl he knows eat oreos for dinner...)... after dinner, proceed to complete the stupid edit and while it's compressing watch 3 hour film history movie... u expect to be done by 3.30am... and you will fall asleep........... (so nice right? wait...)
Your phone, doubling as an alarm clock, rings at 6.30 for you to change into your crumpled shirts (which u haven't had time to iron) and poke mum awake begging her to drop you at yio chu kang... (u plan to giver her the "Puss-in-boots sad eyes treatment" :( .. remember the bigger and more googly the eyes, the better... dun forget a drop of eyedrop for each eye to add that extra sparkle).. and u get to school you hope you won't fall asleep during lecturers till 5pm... u gotta rush off and cut short your lunch break cause u gotta meet the I&E lecturer again to show him the edit with MORE pictures and MORE titles WRITTEN into a dvd like he asked... last lecture ends and u rush off to the library because you need to do ur film history presentation and you can see your lecturer's shadow looming over you with her assasin like french eyes that give an evil glowwwww waiting to pounce on you.. and so u go home late again.. catch last bus luh.. and stay up another night to do the slides and all that jazz... knowing there's driving wednesday morning (earlyyyyyyyy -.- )

wednesday comes and you go for driving which you LOOOOOoooooOOOooVE (=D) and hope u get back the same instructor cause he's one awesome possum =P and then go to school hopefully if you didn't get yourself and instructor killed cause you didn't beware of hazards like you should remember to! and sit in audio class...

2 scenarios when in audio class...

1) you sit in front of your firewire protools thingum and dread film history cause u seriously (excuse my french) fucked your film history presentation and you are officially (excuse my french again) fucked...

2) you sit in front of your firewire protools thingum and absolutely love yourself because you got everything done and everything is following the schedule you planned.. =D and you are not
F%^&-ed ...

film history ends and you rush off to audio lab to do your 2 audio projects to hand up on friday.. you have wed, thurs and a lil of friday to do it so you are now slightly relaxed
BUT DON'T YOU DARE FORGET YOU STILL HAVE 4 more cam and lights shots and film history report due week 6 (next week) and NLE 2nd assignment rough cut due also next week...

and right now you're scrolling up and done the "Create Post" page amazed that you typed such a chunk load of stuff and u'd be happy if this were also the case when u did your film history report.....

okay that's school.. on a more cheerful note, tonight's driving lesson was awesome! though a banglah nearly made use of me to end his life as he jumped of the kerb side into my path.. i swear i would have rolled over his feet had it not been for my instructor jerking the steering wheel to the right... (lol i dun mean to be racist when i say this... but i have very bad eyesight.. my astig is damn high and i have really bad night vision.. so if you're indian or a banglah who by god's creation, blessed you with a nice shade of dark skin, at least be aware there are people like me who have very bad eyesight and cannot see you because there isn't enough lighting on the streets! (worse the banglah was wearing a dark coloured shirt... >.< )

saddeningly beautiful...

stumbled across a song today.. one that i haven't heard in a long while.. and it reminds me of you.. ah don't know what's up with this stupid head and the memories i don't wanna remember.. the songs been playing on repeat all day.. these angels sing of something so peaceful and beautiful, it's hard to believe it can bring a wee bit of sadness and pain too..

the many things that are better left unsaid in the night become regrets the next morning...

ah really cannot take it.. guess it's the 1 hour of sleep factor...
maybe it's the assignments picking up...
i don't have time for floorball training already.. getting dirty looks from the team ppl..
and from many others..
ref comm still owes me money i've yet to go collect cause i have to travel all the way down to kallang just to get it which is a waste of time right now..
mum's been nagging bout the sleep and coming home late thing again which really isn't helping...
been feeling those pains again...
just waiting for the happy stuff to come along to give me some cheer and something to smile about..

sister's coming back in about a month and a half's time =) really miss her.. (plus she's bringing back a new pair of court shoes for me :P haha)

i dun wanna live '8-16' for the rest of my life... i'd be better off dead.. then i'll have more 'me' time... just waiting for week 6 to come.. and that is when i'll hopefully be feeling less stressed out...
