it's that boring time of yearrr..
lol to most people, christmas is a good time..
like time for god, family and friends, booze, food, more booze, late night chitter chatter, presents, some singing, a little more booze or just going overseas for a wee vacation
but then there are a few who really don't have that much to do on christmas..
it's a public holiday so you're not gonna leave your house and go face the stampede awaiting everywhere...
you aren't that rich so you're not gonna spend money to get tickets to go overseas and fall into the traps travel agencies set up with their "Christmas Specials"..
your other possible friends are busy with getting together with their other friends and that leaves only a few of you which makes it kinda boring so you just kinda give up on planning that awesome party you guys were planning to have... (like a movie, there's nothing more depressing than a low turn out..)
your SCV box decides it's a good time to die (Hey! It's the holidays! :D) and you can't watch holiday TV till after holidays when repairmen begin recovering from their hang overs
so what do you do when you're faced with a situation like this? where the world comes to a standstill and you really are left with nothing but these few choices,
1) you go play the XBox your friend (dexian) left in your house because it's mad to bring it back to jurong east from yio chu kang...
(then again, you're not that much of a gamer anymore and not that much of a console person)..
2) you decide to watch Transformers with Michael Bay's commentary... for 3 hours.. (but hey i just did that, it's only 4.30pm now.. so what? watch it again? there's only so many times you can watch Megan Fox do her thing on a large screen and go "wooooooooo!".. it sorta becomes like O.O... then O.o.. then o.o.. then -.-.. then -.-" then -.-Zzzzzzzz....) but dun get me wrong Megan Fox is sizzling *nod*
3) you decide to look at the movies you have at home and realize u don't feel like watching any of them lol.. so you think "Hey Maybe i'll watch Silence of The Lambs since i borrowed it from Video Ezy.." but you realize how easily afraid you get especially if you're watching something like this alone (because hey.. i'm a complete pussy) and how sick of turning the volume down just because you're afraid of the sudden *JOLT* in music that'll absolutely stun you sending your peanut butter sandwich flying to the carpet, and you go "OH DAMN IT!" *hits pause button, runs of to get a cloth and start cleaning*
4) you're left with WORK... writing those scripts you're supposed to write, editing the thing you're supposed to edit for the american thing.. during christmas.. while everyone's out there, getting fed, drunk and ____ (i scratched this cause it was a little inappropriate.. but it's kinda like what you'd say when a hen lays an egg? only the hen's already done it, so it becomes past tense..)
not many choices... oh well. it's that time of year..
i don't know why but the previous song i uploaded seems to have little bumps in them.. =/ hopefully this one doesn't.. enjoy..
